Eminence, 2025

Tanya Sviatlichnaya

“Eminence" speaks of blossoming — not as sudden brilliance, but as the arrival of what has been growing within. It carries the calm confidence of nature's own rhythm — a kind of dignity that doesn't demand attention, but gently commands it. Here, motion reaches its peak, with the central bloom becoming both the focus and the source of energy.

The composition here feels quite expressive and self-assured as the subtle spiral rhythms create a sense of continuity and ascent.

“Eminence" is the third artwork in the “Growth" series, exploring plants as reflections of rhythm, balance, and transformation. Each piece captures a moment of transition, from waiting to blooming, from motion to presence.

The used mixed media lets gouache's matte surface of the drawing contrast with the precision of colored pencil detailing, highlighting texture interplay.

Materials: gouache and colored pencils on fine art paper 300g/m2 (50% cotton). The surface of the painting is coated with a protective fixative. The painting is signed from the front and from the back.

Shipping: the artwork will be mailed flat in a cardboard box via EMS (Express Mail Service).
