Description
This abstract work is an explosion of earthy colors, where fiery red and golden ochre intertwine with dark and mysterious hues. The contrast between fluid lines and granular textures is striking, creating a captivating visual dynamism. The streaks of color seem to capture effervescent movement, emanating vibrant energy and a sense of depth. The rich, warm palette evokes molten natural landscapes, inviting the viewer to immerse themselves in them. The canvas surface, marked by textured layers, adds a tactile dimension to the visual experience. This decidedly contemporary composition invites personal interpretation, and its ability to evoke emotion through abstraction demonstrates dazzling artistic mastery. Each glance reveals new nuances and mysteries hidden within this complex chromatic richness.
Presentation
From my life in Haute-Savoie on the shores of Lake Geneva to the Périgord Vert region where I settled in 2017, nothing predestined me for artistic creation. And yet, it was a part of destiny that led me to create my first canvases, and to want to do nothing else but paint, again and again.
A skills assessment helped me understand that art was the path to explore. The support process was lengthy because, being hard of hearing, I had lost all confidence in myself and my ability to achieve professional fulfillment. By instilling in me the necessary confidence to take the plunge, the artist within me was awakened!
A self-taught painter since 2021, abstract art naturally became my medium, thanks to the complete freedom it gives me to never restrict myself and to let my hand work. I paint spontaneously!
It is in the solitude of my studio that my canvases become what they decide to be...
