Description
Open Configuration
This work explores structure as an evolving process rather than a fixed form. Geometric suggestions and color fields come together in an open configuration, where no single center or hierarchy dominates. The composition maintains a balance between order and freedom, inviting the viewer to engage with the image as a coherent yet flexible system.
Executed in oil on linen canvas, the surface reveals a subtle silk-like sheen and a layered luminosity that shifts with changing light. The material depth enhances the sense of spatial tension, allowing color and structure to emerge gradually through the painted layers.
