Description
This intriguing artwork presents a dynamic composition of geometric shapes and vibrant colors. A captivating center bursts with shades of purple and yellow, suggesting a luminous play of metamorphosis. Crisp white lines, like shards of ice, intertwine around the central colors, creating a striking contrast with the textured, bluish background. The intricate angles recall fractured crystals, evoking an aesthetic that is both organic and architectural. The interplay of color and structure creates a sense of depth and movement, inviting the viewer to continually explore the subtle details of the work. This piece exemplifies the harmony between chaos and order, making it an exceptional example of contemporary art.
Presentation
Thierry Deliveyne has been a painter for over 20 years. He was drawn to painting through his work as a photographer. Self-taught, he has developed original techniques.
Thierry Deliveyne paints intuitive abstract compositions, often very colourful. Here he presents his capillary paintings: the multi-pigment, very fluid colour is covered with a flexible plastic sheet. For chemical and physical reasons, the paint runs between the two layers, the pigments separate and create lines and areas of colour. The process is controlled by manipulating the sheet, which is removed after drying.
The result is always a different and original work of art, which each person feels and interprets in their own way.
