Description
This composition vibrates with raw energy. Bold black strokes collide with luminous white arcs. The movement is frantic yet controlled. It evokes a sense of cosmic explosion or a sudden emotional release. A dense core of crimson and ochre anchors the center. These warm tones contrast sharply against the monochromatic chaos.
The artist employs a gestural technique. Paint is splattered and swept across the neutral ground. This creates a tactile depth. Every line suggests speed. Every drip speaks of spontaneity. The neutral background allows the colors to breathe. It pushes the central turmoil forward.
The balance between void and matter is precise. It transforms a flat surface into a psychological landscape. The interplay of light and shadow creates an optical flicker. This artwork captures a fleeting moment of intensity. It remains suspended in a state of permanent motion. The final touch is a sharp, decisive signature in the lower right corner.
Presentation
"My art is part of my modus vivendi with which I oppose the intervening elements which penetrate everywhere and anywhere, erupting the possibility with aggressive malice. I register on canvas the projection of perish and devastation. From the very get-go, I vehemently deny the everyday existence of things which, even if it has a sense or a purpose and serves lofty ideals, will, nevertheless, not interest me. I deal only with mystery." - Vahan Roumelian
