Description
This work captures the pure essence of the ocean in an instant of suspension. The artist uses oil paint to sculpt the force of the water with almost photographic precision. The composition is divided into horizontal bands that convey order and serenity. A wave breaks vigorously in the center, transforming the deep blue into white and ethereal foam.
The focus is on the subtle beauty of the ephemeral. The minimalist technique eliminates any distraction to invite the viewer into a state of meditation and silence. There is a perfect balance between the dynamism of the surf and the stillness of the wet sand in the foreground.
The light is distributed softly, suggesting an atmosphere of absolute calm and inner peace. The clear sky complements the palette of neutral tones and blues, reinforcing the sense of infinite expanse. This is a piece that transforms a marine landscape into a mirror of the soul. The work stands out for its clean finish and the delicacy in the representation of liquid textures over the coast.
Presentation
Paco Muñoz Santana, self-taught by training. He began painting at the age of 20, ten years later he began to dedicate himself professionally to painting, having received awards and opportunities to exhibit in various galleries in Spain and France. His art explores the subtle beauty that he finds in the sea or the sky, which serves as a vehicle to talk about the soul, as well as the ephemeral and intangible. Above all, his search focuses on creating moments of silence, emptiness and peace. With a realistic style of minimalist lines and a certain surreal touch.
