Streety

The image opens on an upward perspective. A solid wooden staircase guides the gaze towards the top. The geometric structure creates a regular rhythm. At the top, a solitary silhouette stands out against the horizon. The man seems to be contemplating the immensity of the sky.
The contrast is striking. The warmth of the wood opposes the coldness of the white clouds. The deep blue of the sky occupies the majority of the composition. This disproportion emphasizes human fragility in the face of nature. The natural light sculpts the volumes and accentuates the depth of field.
The photographer captures a moment of suspension here. The scene evokes calm and introspection. The minimalist framing reinforces the solemn aspect of the composition. Every line converges towards this point of meeting between earth and ether. The photograph focuses on the purity of forms and the balance of masses. The grain of the image brings a tangible dimension to the wood and the texture of the clouds.

Limited edition art print, sold with a 2cm white margin. The photograph was taken in Paris.
