Description
Original edition of RNST signed, dated and numbered 83/90 in pencil by the artist + embossed blind stamp by the artist.
This striking artwork stands out for its vibrant and bold style. It features a woman with wavy hair and piercing blue eyes framed by expressive makeup. Her intense and mysterious gaze is enhanced by vibrant red lips, which match her matching nails. The intricate designs tattooed on her face add an intriguing dimension to the image. The word "Castrol," a famous automotive lubricant brand, in vibrant red, stands out sharply at the top against a textured background of beige and turquoise shades, providing depth and dynamism. This contrast between the effervescence of the colors and the fine details creates a captivating visual tension. The work evokes a symbiosis of modernity and mystery, managing to capture and hold the viewer's attention with a subtle yet assertive seduction.
Presentation
Street actor and screen-graffiti artist since the mid-1990s, fan of alternative cultures, RNST explores and has fun with urban art in forms as diverse as graffiti, poster creation, collage and stencils. From 2009 he officially reinvested in the streets around intense work with stencils and gluing of screen prints. His workshop is a street outpost in which he mixes recipes, colors and genres. RNST's speech and work are imbued with two constants: provocative and romanticism. This graphic activist reminds us that current events and public space must not escape us and this is where the artist comes to position himself.
