Presentation
Haroshi is a renowned artist known for his unique and captivating sculptures made from recycled skateboard decks. Born in Tokyo, Japan, in 1978, he developed a passion for skateboarding at a young age, which later merged with his artistic talent. Haroshi's meticulous process involves gathering discarded skateboards and transforming them into three-dimensional artworks using a combination of traditional woodwork techniques and contemporary sculpture methods. His sculptures often feature intricate details, vibrant colors, and a sense of motion, capturing the essence of skateboarding culture. Haroshi's work has gained international recognition, with exhibitions in prestigious galleries and museums worldwide. His art not only highlights sustainability and recycling but also pays homage to skateboarding's history and significance as a form of self-expression.
