Original painting from our collection
This artwork masterfully captures the tranquil interplay between light and color through an abstract depiction of a window view, dominated by deep blues and subtle purples. The scene features a collection of candles on a windowsill, adding an element of warmth and intimacy against the cool tones of a cityscape in the background. The brushwork is expressive, blending the outlines of the city into an almost dreamlike blur, evoking a sense of depth and mystery. The use of vibrant colors in the candles creates a stark contrast to the serene backdrop, highlighting their significance and adding intrigue. This composition invites the viewer to reflect on the juxtaposition of the intimate interior setting with the expansive, dynamic urban landscape beyond. The artist's technique subtly evokes emotions, translating the ordinary scene into a poetic exploration of color and light.

Works in a creative workshop
Vyacheslav Babak is a recognized master of landscape painting. The artist's canvases are filled with lyricism and romantic mood.
His color palette is devoid of excessive expressiveness; in almost every painting, the image of nature is depicted using the quiet “sound" of soft halftones, giving lightness and depth.
