Rock'n'roll has been the first musical genre able to raise this level of popularity. Elvis Presley set the tone, the Beatles gave birth to a new term of vocabulary "the beatlemania", which they illustrate in their first movie "A hard day's night", in which a mob of fans runs after the four members of the band.
