Description
'One evening at Dumbo, New York' is a unique oil on canvas piece featuring the historical Dumbo district of New York. Dumbo neighbourhood is known for its cobblestone streets and famed film locations; converted Brooklyn warehouse buildings serve as a backdrop for independent boutiques, high-end restaurants and trendy cafes. This view of the Brooklyn Bridge from Dumbo after a fresh rain shows its often busy streets now empty. Thick layers of oil paint give it a unique texture and enliven this work. This work uses high quality paints, pigment rich and dense, some with great historical background.

Presentation
Passionate about art, Ruslana's life revolves around it. In her work, Ruslana strives to capture the spirit of her subjects - be it the spirit of the city, nature, or a person. The rich texture and bold brushstrokes of the paint are visible in her artwork thanks to her skillful and unique technique, which is heavily inspired by Impressionism.
Ruslana has exhibited and published internationally, with collectors from North America, Europe, and Asia. Ruslana's great joy is sharing these moments of wonder and awe she finds in her subjects with the public and collectors.
“The whole world is Impressionism," says Ruslana.
