Description
"Percolate" is an acrylic painting that began with a large invented shape with an opening like a portal that sits or floats on a body of bubbled water. The surface of the water is gold. In all of my work, I am interested in the formalities of picture making as well as a narrative that can take place beneath the surface. The surface is pristine with attention to detail. This painting is 14" x 14" and 1/2" deep with painted sides and is varnished and wired for hanging.
