Description
This work, titled "Rue de Paris" by artist Fred Weisz, is a captivating painting that embodies the vibrant and dynamic essence of Parisian urban life. The canvas adopts a contemporary style, using fluid and deliberately distorted lines to capture the city's incessant energy and movement. The painting depicts a bustling Parisian street, characterized by tall, narrow buildings that stand on either side of the roadway. The colors used are bold and contrasting, with pops of pink, yellow, and blue adding a liveliness to the scene. The building on the left, with its pink shutters and "HOTEL" sign, immediately catches the eye, evoking a welcoming and cosmopolitan atmosphere. The treatment of perspective is particularly remarkable, with the street seemingly winding and diving into the heart of the composition, guiding the viewer's gaze deeper. The streetlights and street signs add a realistic dimension while contributing to the overall harmony of the work. The meticulously depicted zebra crossings and sidewalks demonstrate great attention to detail, reinforcing the authentic character of the scene. In the background, buildings stretch towards the sky, creating a sense of immensity and urbanity specific to Paris. This painting stands out for its original interpretation and distinctive style. Frederic Weisz manages to capture not only the appearance of the street, but also its vibrant soul, making this work a vibrant homage to Parisian architecture and daily life.

I was born in Paris in 1976 and I started painting in 2011.
I participated for the first time in a fair in December 2014 (national fair of fine arts in Paris at the Carrousel du Louvre with my painting Fils de Rose"), and I thank this person again for allowing me to access this valuation.
Alongside Art, I trained in decorative painting to assert my brushstrokes in 2015, at the Versailles Mural Art School.
The artists and intellectuals who are my sources: Bernard Buffet, Jean Dufy, Nicolas De Staël, William Mac Kendree, Amedeo Modigliani, Michel de Gallard, Michel Lesry, René Magritte, Marcel Gromaire, Sophie Sirot, Theodore Monot, Romain Gary, and Pierre Gilles de Gennes.
To close this humble biography, I would like to share with you these few sonnets by a great painter (Eugène Boudin) and taken up by a person whose influence was more than important in my eyes:
"Let's have fun. on the earth and on the waveUnfortunate man, who makes a name for himself! Wealth, honors, false splendor of this world, Everything is just soap bubbles."
