Description
The work presented is a fascinating painting, where technique and texture meet to create a poignant representation of an urban facade. The artist's choice to work with earthy hues and shades of gray gives the image an atmosphere that is both imposing and melancholic. The precision of each stroke is evident: windows, doors and other architectural elements are rendered with remarkable detail. The visible wear on the walls and doors, suggesting the passage of time, is rendered with striking realism. The heavy wooden gate on the left of the work displays distinct geometric patterns, accentuated by touches of black that add depth. To the right, a shadowy archway creates an intriguing contrast with the surrounding space, inviting the viewer to imagine what lies beyond. The presence of small details such as cracks and signs of age, painted with notable delicacy, offers a rich narrative dimension to the work. This is not simply a façade, but a visual history of a place that has lived, breathed, and observed the constant flow of urban life. The vigorous brushstrokes and rough texture of the paint add a tactile dimension to the work, almost inviting viewers to touch the surface to fully appreciate its complexity. The skillfully balanced light and shadow guide the viewer's eye through the composition, highlighting crucial aspects while maintaining a certain ambiguity that invites contemplation. In short, this painting is not just a realistic depiction of an urban façade; it is a deeply emotional and textured exploration of architecture and time, captured with undeniable skill.

I was born in Paris in 1976 and I started painting in 2011.
I participated for the first time in a fair in December 2014 (national fair of fine arts in Paris at the Carrousel du Louvre with my painting Fils de Rose"), and I thank this person again for allowing me to access this valuation.
Alongside Art, I trained in decorative painting to assert my brushstrokes in 2015, at the Versailles Mural Art School.

To close this humble biography, I would like to share with you these few sonnets by a great painter (Eugène Boudin) and taken up by a person whose influence was more than important in my eyes:
"Let's have fun. on the earth and on the waveUnfortunate man, who makes a name for himself! Wealth, honors, false splendor of this world, Everything is just soap bubbles."
