Transition, 2026

Aram Yengibaryan

This abstract composition vibrates with raw energy. Bold strokes of ochre and olive green dominate the center. They create a dense horizontal core. This central mass anchors the visual experience. Ethereal washes of white and pale grey surround the pigment. They suggest a misty atmosphere or a distant horizon. Thin blue lines drip vertically. They break the horizontal flow with sudden precision. Dark charcoal accents add depth and weight. These marks appear as sudden interruptions. The layering is complex. Semi-transparent glazes overlap thick impasto. This creates a tactile surface. The eye moves between light and shadow. It wanders through a landscape of emotion. There is a tension between control and chaos. The artist balances structured lines with spontaneous splashes. Light filters through the upper section. It softens the intensity of the earth tones. This artwork captures a moment of transition. It evokes the feeling of a fading memory or a changing season. The composition remains open to interpretation. It invites a deep meditative gaze. The piece concludes with subtle violet traces at the bottom edge.
