Dream, 2026

Aram Yengibaryan

This mixed media painting explores the raw tension of abstract form. Bold gestures dominate the canvas. A vibrant yellow burst erupts from the center. This luminous focal point breaks through a moody atmosphere of grey and charcoal tones. The composition feels kinetic. Swift brushstrokes create a sense of urgent movement.
Deep blacks anchor the edges. They contrast with ethereal white streaks that drift like smoke. The layering suggests a state of flux. It captures a moment of metamorphosis. The artist employs a sophisticated palette of neutrals to amplify the intensity of the primary accent.
Each mark reveals a deliberate emotional charge. The interplay of light and shadow builds a complex spatial depth. This artwork balances chaotic energy with structured composition. It invites a meditative gaze into the depths of non-figurative expression. The surface texture varies from dense applications to translucent washes. This creates a rhythmic visual dialogue between opacity and transparency. The final result is a powerful study of contrast and energy.
