Golden Meridian, 2026

Golden Meridian is an original contemporary abstract painting from my Golden Horizons collection, created in 2026. This one-of-a-kind artwork explores the balance between architecture, light, and atmosphere through layered textures, refined geometry, and a timeless neutral palette.

Inspired by contemporary architecture and expansive horizons, I wanted to create a composition where structure and openness coexist in perfect harmony. Instead of depicting a recognizable landscape, I translated the feeling of light moving across architectural surfaces into abstract forms that invite quiet contemplation and personal interpretation.

Created with multiple layers of professional acrylic paint using palette knives, brushes, scraping techniques, and expressive textural mark-making, the painting reveals exceptional depth and tactile richness. Its surface changes subtly throughout the day as natural light enhances the textures and metallic gold accents.

The elegant colour palette combines ivory white, warm beige, taupe, greige, stone grey, charcoal black, espresso brown, and luminous metallic gold. Soft neutral tones create calmness and sophistication, while carefully balanced gold accents introduce warmth and visual rhythm without dominating the composition.

Although entirely abstract, often evokes contemporary architecture, layered stone, city skylines reflected in glass, distant horizons, and minimalist spaces. It creates a timeless focal point that complements Scandinavian, Japandi, Organic Modern, Contemporary Luxury, Wabi-Sabi, and minimalist interiors.

Ideal for collectors seeking museum-quality contemporary art, this large-format painting is perfectly suited for luxury residences, modern apartments, boutique hotels, executive offices, reception areas, and architectural interiors.
