Description
A white and assertive stroke cuts the space on an earthy brown background. The composition revolves around a stylized, almost deconstructed human figure. The gaze is drawn to thick, homogeneous lines that oscillate between figuration and abstraction.
The influence of cubism is felt in the geometry of the forms. The artist plays with contours to suggest a body in introspection. The hands and face merge in a precise graphic play. Each curve seems guided by a fast but controlled movement.
The sobriety of the colors reinforces the symbolic reading of the scene. A crescent moon floats in the upper left, adding a mysterious dimension to the whole. The visual balance arises from this sharp contrast between the clarity of white and the depth of brown.

Presentation
Painter, draftsman, and muralist, Bleg is an artist born in 195 and originally from Brittany. He has been living in Lyon for almost 10 years now. Working with a strong graphic design based on a thick and homogeneous line, he explores techniques and multiplies supports. Touched in his childhood by the discovery of Cubist and surrealist works, he draws inspiration today from 20th-century modern painting, graffiti, architecture, and mythology. He proposes very graphic compositions, representing most of the time highly stylized, more or less deconstructed humanoid figures, thus tending towards visuals on the edge of abstraction.
He likes to play with the interpretation the public can make of his work and confront this first reading with the explanation of the symbolism of his line. A partisan of letting go, Bleg often sets out without any preparation on his canvases or sheets of paper, waiting for the "artistic accident." His work is characterized by a search for perpetual simplicity, based on a fast but controlled movement.
