Description
This painting opens a window onto a romantic Paris, where everyday city life transforms into poetic fantasy. The charming banks of the Seine, historic buildings, bridges, and boats immerse the viewer in the atmosphere of a peaceful Parisian morning. Soft shades of ochre, sand, grey-blue, and gold evoke the warmth of a cherished memory — a beautiful moment one wishes could last a little longer.
Yet something extraordinary unfolds within this tranquil reality. A woman in a flowing white dress literally tears through the canvas, as if breaking free from the boundaries of her own life to embrace freedom, dreams, and the romance of a new morning. She is not simply floating above Paris — she is creating her own escape from the familiar world, daring to leave everyday life behind and step into a space where anything is possible.
The torn edges of the canvas resemble a portal into another reality, a fragile boundary between the ordinary and the magical. It seems as though the very surface of the painting can no longer contain the force of her desire to break free from the familiar. The tears become a passage between two worlds: on one side lies the life she knows, with all its rules and limitations; on the other unfolds the Paris of her dreams — a city of inspiration, lightness, and new possibilities.
The three-dimensional elements, textured fragments, and layered composition enhance the impression that the image extends beyond the flat surface of the canvas, inviting the viewer to look beyond the visible and imagine what lies on the other side.
This painting will make a striking focal point in a modern interior. It is ideal for a living room, bedroom, study, or creative space, and will appeal to those who love Paris, romance, magical realism, and art with deep symbolic meaning. It is an invitation to remember that sometimes all it takes is the courage to break through the boundaries of the familiar to enter the world you have always dreamed of.
Presentation
Irina: "I am full-time artist. I find my happiness in doing art. Art is a part of my soul, my energy, my vision of the world. I consider myself a multi-faceted artist, I like to experiment with materials. I realized that I can create beauty not only with paints. I create three-dimensional artworks with volumetric elements. I work in two directions: mosaic paintings and wall sculpture art. I use decorative found objects, mosaic, plaster, wood, shells, crystals, gemstones, anything that can realize my ideas. My art is full of life and joy. The main theme is a Woman, her life, thoughts, feelings, relationships with people and the world".
