-Fly Over Wide Fields- retains all the emotional depth and symbolic richness that has made this work one of Tizlu's most iconic pieces. Rendered in his unmistakable urban-inspired style, the artwork continues to reflect his signature fusion of street art energy with deeply personal storytelling.
At its heart is a boy with arms outstretched like airplane wings, soaring over vast open fields. This enduring image captures the essence of youthful freedom, joy, and the desire to break away from the limitations of everyday life. His flight symbolizes a pure, fearless yearning for peace, independence, and imagination.
In the background, a subtly suggested fairground provides a contrasting layer—representing the noise and chaos of daily existence. The wide, serene fields offer a striking counterpoint, reinforcing the central theme of escape and the pursuit of inner calm amid external turbulence.
Surrounding the central motif are fragments of 1980s print media—magazines, newspapers, and iconic visual references—that create a nostalgic frame. Among them, a small but striking element stands out: a blue ghost from the Pac-Man video game, crafted from Perler beads. This playful Pop Art reference serves both as a cultural timestamp and a symbol of innocence and digital-era imagination. It connects the piece to the broader aesthetic lineage of artists like Warhol and Haring, while also embedding a personal, handcrafted quality into the composition.

Presentation
tizlu aka Tiziano Lucchese is an internationally known ultra-contemporary artist. He studied Art and Technology in the Netherlands and lives in Germany. His works as a multi-talented artist have been featured on television and showcased at prestigious international festivals. In addition to his work in the fine arts, tizlu worked as a director for commercials and fictional movies and editor for prime-time shows on major TV networks. His art is part of renowned fairs and private collections across the globe; from New York to Paris, from Australia to Canada.
tizlu's paintings appear as they were directly cut out of a living streetscape—where everything is possible, and nothing is mainstream. His artwork is the result of a refined blend of materials and techniques. He uses plaster, paper, and acrylic paint to create textures that evoke the appearance of weathered walls. On this foundation, he paints his unique motifs, layers drawings, messages, self-made stickers creating an art piece which becomes an urban patchwork reflecting the raw, spontaneous character of the streets and today's society.
