    Artwork sold in perfect condition

In these artworks the conceptual is embodied by its formalism. There is a phenomenological dichotomy between a subjective (lines), distorted views of spatial abstractions and objective (white & black surfaces), spaces of carefree and oblivious reality, experience of meaning. Essentially the serie abstractly portrays a phenomenological shift of subjectivity through an objective awareness of reality. Since Yiannis concretizes what is not there because it has either been or could become, his work can easily be misunderstood as a form of nihilistic visualization. Although he is formally akin to reductionist, abstraction, and formalistic doctrines, a certain self-articulated kitsch, the light yellow or subtle cotton thread edges, still stands out.

It visually shows that meaninglessness grows out of dynamic interactions, the different lines delineated by the light yellow planes, with a group of people on the one hand and that the lack of meaning is dialectically linked to the ever-developing, black and white surfaces understood as a connecting coherence, living space of the individual man.
