Description
L'Echappée Belle 5 is a work painted in oil on linen, with brush and knife with impasto on the motif and covered with a semi-gloss varnish.
The atmosphere that emerges, through the choice of colors and the light technique of the knife where the horizon is always open, never blocked, is an invitation to escape and to dream in a serene atmosphere full of spray and scents of the sea.
Born and always living at the water's edge between lakes and ocean, on the Atlantic coast, it is from seascapes that the artist draws his energy and creative impulse.
Each of his paintings is a reflection of his passion for this maritime universe imbued with escape, the open sea, dreams, mystery and poetry which has forever guided his vocation as an artist.

The artist has always lived at the edge of the water, on the Atlantic coast, as close as possible to these seascapes that he loves passionately and of which he strives, canvas after canvas, as a sensitive and privileged witness, to restore light, poetry and serenity.
Colorist, he works his semi-abstract seascapes with oil, brush and knife, playing on the contrast between the motif worked in full paste and the soft background, thus offering each of his works a very dynamic contemporary.
Favoring the impression, the atmosphere and the atmosphere, it gives free rein to the imagination of those who contemplate them.
His paintings are an ode to travel, dreams and escape.
