Description
64STRASHIn "Sculptural Forms," Alexander Strashevich explores the interplay of texture, shape, and contrast to create a sense of depth and three-dimensionality. The bold, layered forms and the rich earthy tones of browns, blacks, and oranges bring a tactile quality to the work, inviting viewers to experience the painting not just visually but almost physically. Strashevich combines smooth, curved shapes with textured surfaces, suggesting a fusion of organic and constructed elements. The cutout circles and overlapping forms create a rhythmic balance, giving the impression of sculptural objects casting shadows and occupying space. Through this abstract representation, Strashevich captures the essence of solidity and flow, celebrating the elegance of form and structure in a way that encourages contemplation of the relationship between space and matter.
