Description
This watercolor painting is created on 300gsm, 100% cotton Fabriano paper and framed in a white wooden frame with a glass pane.
It is signed on the back by the artist and comes with a certificate of authenticity.
It depicts the Posidonia botrylus, an ascidian colony that forms floral patterns on the leaves of the Posidonia plant. Here, it is interpreted through a series of stylized flowers in shades of green and white, evoking the freshness of the sea and the delicacy of underwater textures.
This square is part of a mosaic of works inspired by the colors and textures of Posidonia leaves, exhibited at the Jardin du Rayol, and highlighting the ecological richness of the Mediterranean underwater world.
