Description
The city on this canvas is like a memory slowly melting into light.
The white and pink planes of the houses are molded with thick strokes, like walls that remember heat, wind and distant voices. Domes and roofs emerge from the haze, like ancient music drifting through time.
In this almost monochrome silence, turquoise windows and pink glints suddenly flare up — like brief moments of life amid the eternity of stone.
The painting does not strive for precision — it captures a feeling.
The feeling of warm air, of a slow day, and of a city that lives not in its architecture but in the light gliding across its walls.
