With Balance the artist starts exploring more deeply the boundaries of the photographic media by mixing it with different techniques on a very traditional subject (classic sculptures). Pictures come from the collections of the Archeologic Museum of Naples and the Louvre in Paris. This artwork presents a distinguished amalgamation of classical and contemporary elements. Centered within the composition, a grayscale bust of an ancient figure commands attention, exuding timeless grace and an enigmatic aura. Surrounding this figure is a dynamic grid of colorful dots, each meticulously placed to create a striking juxtaposition against the monochrome sculpture. The dots vary in hue and intensity, forming an intricate pattern that evokes a sense of motion and rhythm. This contrast between the textured, historical bust and the vibrant, modern dots invites a dialogue between past and present, tradition and innovation.
