On Hansen   New & remarkable Artists

This artwork presents a triptych of abstract, rock-like forms set against a uniform gray background. Each piece in the series captures a unique, textural complexity, as if carved by nature's own hand. The left form exhibits intricate, crisscrossing lines that evoke a sense of erosion and time's passage. The central piece, darker and more enigmatic, appears to shift and flow, suggesting a metamorphic process in action. The right form, with its sharp, angular facets, contrasts starkly, its linear geometry reminiscent of crystalline structures. Together, these elements create a striking visual narrative, blending the raw essence of natural geology with abstract artistic interpretation. The monochromatic palette emphasizes texture and shadow, allowing the viewer's imagination to explore the intersection of the organic and the abstract. This work engages the viewer in a contemplative dialogue about nature's beauty and the mysteries hidden within its forms.

The dichotomy between the immanent existence of representations in consciousness and the transcendent existence of things-in-themselves. The use of photography to explore dimension, scale, space and context creating an sculptural result. On Hansen bears the traces of lived experiences, exploring the possibilities of formal abstraction, seeking an organic experience between space and time through painting and photography, the artworks become conduits for a heightened sensory experience that invites viewers to embark on a journey of introspection, where the unspoken and the unseen come to life.
