Description
This captivating work is a modern sculpture, characterized by its bold and harmonious circular form. Composed of several colored circles, it skillfully juxtaposes amber and brown hues. The outer circle, a bright orange, frames several deep black central circles, creating a striking contrast. The superposition of these circles creates an intriguing visual depth, while the transparency of the material captures and refracts light dynamically. Fixed on an elegant base, it stands proudly, appearing to float in space. Presentation
My name is Christian Lutz,
I opened a personal business at the end of 2000, in order to "act" on my need to create works in glass, a material that has always fascinated me.
Creator of works in blown glass with cane for more than twenty years but today completely turned towards glass paste, I work alone in my Breton workshop where I shape unique pieces. Artist fascinated by the "light" of glass, I most often seek to highlight it and to create harmony between forms with sober lines and plays of colors. But I can also be attracted by an alchemical temptation which sometimes pushes me to favor the unexpected and opacity.
