Cuerpos Magnéticos was born searching for the relationship between nature and our bodies, attraction and rejection. We see rocks, bones, structures, flexibility, spaces, movement, stillness. Cuerpos Magnéticos is a dynamic work where each piece reflects individuality and, at the same time, the relationship with the others. It adapts, as in life, to the situation or the surface where it lives.

Installation: Each piece includes an installation plan. Each piece includes metal strips that will be attached to the wall, numbered with the same reference number for magnetic installation. A link to a video will also be sent where you can follow the installation process step by step.

This artwork is a striking assemblage of elongated, irregular black forms mounted on a white wall. Each piece appears to be crafted from a dark, metallic material, exhibiting a matte finish that adds depth and sophistication. The shapes are uniquely irregular, resembling draped or folded fabric, yet they maintain an organic dynamism. Their strategic arrangement creates a sense of movement and flow, inviting viewers to engage with the play of light and shadow as it cascades across the forms. This compelling composition challenges perceptions, blurring the boundary between sculpture and installation art, and demonstrating a sophisticated use of space and form. The minimalist approach accentuates the innate beauty of simple shapes, transforming the emptiness of the white background into an integral part of the artwork's narrative.

Presentation
After graduating from university in Argentina, with a background in economics, Carla Gimbatti began working with disadvantaged women and children, many of whom lived on the streets. While volunteering on a project that used art therapy, she was inspired by the power of art to help express, achieve, and heal.
He attended photography, painting and sculpture workshops in Buenos Aires that allowed him to start a new path. After moving to New York, Gimbatti studied at the Art Students League of New York. He then participated in a Painting Certificate Program at the New York Studio School from 2016-2017.
