I am Maria Ruisi, a contemporary artist, designer and engineer by training.
My work explores matter, light and depth as living elements, at the border between painting and sculpture.
Inner Convergence is a large-format abstract sculptural work, born from a search for the unification of opposing forces. It represents the precise moment when tension ceases to give way to balance, alignment, and inner presence.
Entirely hand-sculpted, its deeply textured 3D surface is composed of rhythmic and organic volumes. The material captures light, creates natural shadows, and reveals a living architecture that evolves according to the viewpoint and lighting.
The work displays four major chromatic variations, perceptible depending on its orientation: some hues intensify, others soften, offering an ever-renewed reading.
This constant interplay of form, color, and light lends the artwork a powerful yet silent presence. Convergence intérieure is not merely a visual experience; it structures, calms, and elevates the space. It was conceived as a centerpiece, designed for high-end contemporary interiors, villas, hotels, galleries, and demanding architectural projects.

This work was created in my European workshop using high-end professional materials, selected for their durability and excellence:
High-quality artistic resin, used for its stability, depth, and durability.
Professional acrylic paints and highly concentrated pigments, offering rich and long-lasting shades
Structure mounted on a frame made of certified European hardwood, guaranteeing strength and longevity
