Description
Contemporary art – gestural abstraction – unique piece
Élan Doré is a work of controlled tension and embodied light.
A powerful composition where matter seems to emerge from the depths, carried by dense blacks, burning reds and a golden trajectory that crosses the surface like a vital breath.
The gesture is frank, deliberate, almost instinctive, but always controlled.
The layers overlap, collide, and reveal themselves.
Light does not cover matter: it is born from it.
This work evokes inner movement, creative impulse, transformation.
It imposes a strong presence while retaining a rare elegance, capable of engaging in dialogue with demanding contemporary interiors: private collections, architect-designed residences, cultural spaces or prestigious hotels.
The artist
Maria Ruisi is a design engineer, researcher and contemporary artist.
Since 2018, she has been developing in-depth research on materials, supports and the durability of works over time.
His approach combines scientific rigor and artistic sensitivity.
Each creation is the result of experimentation with material, light and relief, with a clear intention: to modernize traditional techniques and offer a strong, lasting and emotional contemporary vision.
His works are not decorative.
They are conceived as presences, visual signatures, embodied fragments of artistic research.

Presentation
Maria Ruisi is a contemporary artist whose work explores balance, light, and depth through abstraction and wall sculpture. Her pieces reside at the boundary between painting and sculpture, where matter comes alive to dialogue with architectural space.
Trained in arts and design in Latvia, Maria Ruisi develops a rigorous practice informed by her background in engineering and visual perception research. This dual approach provides her work with a powerful contemporary presence and profound aesthetic coherence. Each creation is a unique, hand-crafted piece, where sculpted reliefs and pigments interact with light to reveal subtle variations throughout the day. Designed as silent presences, her works enhance prestigious environments, ranging from private collections to interior design and luxury hospitality projects.
