Description
This artwork fuses metal and melting symbolism to create an intriguing visual statement. At the center, a circular stainless steel grid evokes an industrial element. Below it, an effect of molten gold metal seems to flow from the grid, symbolizing a transition between solidity and fluidity. The smooth texture of the steel contrasts beautifully with the irregular, fluid contours of the golden material, emphasizing the duality between rigor and movement.
The melting effect gives the work a captivating dynamic, inviting the viewer to reflect on transformation and evolution. The choice of materials and colors lends the piece a contemporary and avant-garde appearance, reinforcing its visual impact. This bold creation challenges the viewer with its unique aesthetic and powerful message.
Presentation
Santicri was born in 1992 in Macerata, in the Marche region of Italy. Trained as a surveyor and then as an architect, he developed a sensitivity for forms, structures and materials at an early age. This technical rigor, combined with a boundless imagination, naturally led him to sculpture.
Driven by a profound creative freedom, Santicri explores matter, movement, and texture. His works reflect a constant dialogue between construction and emotion, precision and spontaneity. Each piece is born from a poetic impulse, an intuition that the artist shapes to achieve the perfect balance between form and sensation.
Through his work, Santicri invites us into a colorful and sensitive universe, where modernism meets the sweetness of dreams. He seeks to convey what his eyes perceive beyond the visible: a subtle harmony between poetry and structure, between gesture and thought.
