Description
This abstract composition explores the notion of depth through a meticulous technique. The artist superimposes strips of torn canvases. This process creates a tangible relief and a singular visual dynamic.
The gaze plunges into an interweaving of materials and colors. Shades of deep blue dominate the scene. They intertwine with touches of dark green and flashes of earthy red.
The play of textures fragments the light. Each fragment of canvas brings its own nuance. The superimposition of layers establishes a jerky rhythm. The whole evokes an organic landscape or a complex network.
The precision of the gesture highlights the fragility of the tears. These deliberate ruptures structure the space. They guide the eye towards the areas of shadow and clarity.
The final rendering possesses a remarkable material density. The chromatic contrasts reinforce the architectural aspect of the surface. Blue establishes itself as the guiding thread of this plastic research.
Presentation
A work is never copied or equaled because at the moment the artist creates it, no one can grasp the understanding of the intrinsic values that guide their spirit and order its realization.
I live and paint in Monaco, for 30 years, I can surprise with my path being the opposite of the foundations of dogmatism.
Thanks to my expertise in oil techniques, acrylics and.., from my beginnings in figurative art, related to the new realism mixed with Pop art, the gaze will be retained through the eye, symbol of the bridge between the visible, the apprehension of the self, the unconscious and the invisible.
Today, after a transitional phase of personal and exclusive "Superimpositionism", Abstract Expressionism guides me in my quest for artistic fulfillment.
My pictorial expression oriented towards ultra-contemporary art combines Action, Dripping and Tachisme.
But let's return once again to the origin, only your gaze through your eye will know how to sublimate the quintessence.
