Description
This sculpture is a buyable part of a street art project by UTN. UTN would like to scatter these ravens around the world to commemorate the extinction of the animals. "If humans continue like this, we will soon be pouring the last animals into monuments. You realize what you loved, when it's gone."
UTN startet to place these ravens at selected locations to raise awareness to the fact, that mankind should act now, if we don't want that beloved animals will exist only as monuments in future.
"The last Raven" (on wood) was only made twice in this form. All other ravens are spread out on the streets and not available to buy. UTN takes plastic imitations which are used to scare birds and refines them with golden paint to a meaningful statement.
UTN mounted only two of them on found pieces of wood and signed them by hand. We can't say if, or when the artist will release next buyable pieces. The weight including the pedestral is about 430 gr. Ask for a special price when you want to buy both.
