"Blue and Gold" is an original contemporary floral still life painting by French artist Natalya Mougenot, featuring a radiant bouquet of yellow flowers in a cobalt blue vase.

Painted in acrylic paint and acrylic pens on heavyweight professional acid-free French paper and finished with a protective varnish, the work measures 50 x 65 cm (19.7 x 25.6 in).

Rooted in Natalya Mougenot's intuitive and expressive artistic practice, the painting reflects her commitment to authenticity, honesty, and emotional presence.

Working within a metamodern sensibility, she approaches each composition as a sincere dialogue between instinct and feeling, allowing color, gesture, and atmosphere to guide the creative process.

Her paintings seek not perfection, but a living, human truth.

Flowers are a central subject in Natalya's work because they embody beauty, fragility, vitality, and the fleeting poetry of everyday life. She is especially drawn to bright colors, which she uses to express joy, energy, and the emotional radiance that simple forms can carry.

In "Blue and Gold", the bold contrast between luminous yellow blossoms and the deep blue vessel creates a vibrant celebration of color, light, and visual harmony.

This piece will appeal to art lovers who are drawn to expressive floral paintings, joyful color palettes, and contemporary works with a spontaneous, painterly energy.

It is especially well suited to interiors that value freshness and warmth, including modern, eclectic, bohemian, and art-filled spaces, as well as light-toned rooms that benefit from a strong color accent.

"Blue and Gold" is sold unframed, and its standard size makes it easy to frame.
