Charlotte Yonga was born in 1985. She lives and works both in Paris and Tangier. She graduated from the Art School of Paris-Cergy and works on photography as well as with different medias, video, sound and installation. 

She exhibited at the Conciergerie (Paris, 1st arrondissement), at the Lobot Gallery (San Francisco), at the Videoformes Festival (Clermont-Ferrand), at the MAP Festival in Toulouse, at the 2011 Arles's Meeting and Paris Photo, and at the Grand Palais where she received a distinction from the jury SFR New Talents
