Description
Vibrant energy erupts from the canvas. This acrylic painting captures a celestial explosion of light and motion. Warm hues of crimson, amber, and gold collide in a rhythmic dance. The brushstrokes are bold and sweeping. They suggest a divine presence ascending through a cosmic void.
The composition balances intense heat with cool, ethereal accents of blue and violet. These contrasting tones create a profound sense of depth. The artist blends a background in fine arts restoration with a modern multimedia vision. This duality manifests in the technical precision of the layers.
The artwork explores themes of mythology and human transcendence. It evokes the image of a spiritual entity reborn from flame. Every stroke feels urgent and purposeful. The movement is fluid, pulling the viewer into a swirling multiverse of emotion. This piece transforms a static surface into a living, breathing entity. The intensity of the red pigments anchors the composition, while the pale flickers of white suggest an inner radiance. The result is a powerful meditation on light and existence.
Presentation
Born in 1986, Nino Bosikashvili is a Georgian multidisciplinary artist now based in Melbourne, Australia. She trained at the Tbilisi State Academy of Art between 2003 and 2009, earning a Bachelor's degree in Restoration of Fine Arts followed by a Master's degree in Multimedia Design — a dual background that continues to inform the technical and conceptual depth of her work. Her practice explores social and political realities, ecological themes, questions of identity, history and mythology, and human development. Since the early 2000s, her work has been shown in more than thirty exhibitions and collected by art lovers in many countries. She was recognised among the world's leading illustrators in the Australian publication Pictoria Volume 2, released by CapsulesBook. Moving between Georgia and Australia, Nino Bosikashvili has built a career spanning numerous solo and group exhibitions, artist residencies, and international collaborations, across painting, illustration and graphic design.
