Description
Space fragments between a solar yellow and a deep blue. A central rectangle, almost translucent, structures the composition. The material spreads in successive layers on a support mixing paper and cotton.
The gesture is free. Areas of blur oppose denser passages. The eye circulates between the transparencies and the opacities. The light seems to emanate from the heart of the canvas, creating a sharp contrast with the saturated edges.
The acrylic is worked with precision to obtain these fusion effects. The restricted palette emphasizes a search for chromatic balance.
This abstract painting, made in 195, explores the tension between two primary colors. The technical execution favors fluidity and superposition. The whole concludes with a discreet signature and the date placed in the bottom right.
