Description
Geometric balance guides the gaze. Sharp lines cut the space with mathematical precision. Yellow dominates the composition. This solar hue intensifies by zones, creating a play of light and shadow.
At the top, a black and gold grid pattern evokes an architectural structure. The shapes intersect. The line is sharp. The perspective stretches towards an invisible point. A thin blue thread breaks the chromatic warmth at the bottom of the image.
The artist uses pencil and chalk on paper here. The rendering is lucid. The rigor of the drawing dialogues with the depth of the pigments. Each angle is studied. The surface seems to vibrate under the effect of the contrasts.
This abstract work dates from the year 200. It testifies to a research on fragmentation and temporality. The composition concludes with a discreet signature and a date inscribed in the lower right corner.
