Description
The balance is established in this geometric composition. The gaze follows strict lines. A deep green background anchors the scene. Two ochre bands break the monotony. One shoots vertically. The other stretches horizontally. The crossing creates a central point of tension.
The material brings a tactile dimension. The artist uses acrylic on a support mixing wood and cement. This technical choice generates natural cracks. The surface becomes organic. The contrast between the rigor of the line and the fragility of the support attracts attention.
This painting from 2003 explores the meeting between order and matter. The color palette remains sober. It evokes abstract landscapes or architectural plans. The light glides over the reliefs of the cement. Each crack tells the story of time and the reaction of chemical components. The result is a precise study of structure and color.
