Description
The geometric approach guides every line of this composition. The drawing is structured around a rigorous grid. Blue lines intersect to fragment the space into polygons. India ink defines sharp contours.
The visual rhythm arises from the repetition of angles. Tight hatching creates zones of density. They contrast with the clarity of the paper. A few yellow accents punctuate the whole. These touches of color attract the eye and infuse a luminous clarity.
The structure evokes technical precision. The play between solids and voids organizes the surface. The balance rests on a meticulous distribution of shapes. Movement is suggested by the diagonals that cross the frame.
This work was created in 191. It uses India ink on paper. The signature and the date appear discreetly in the bottom right.
