Description
The line becomes architectural. This geometric composition relies on mathematical rigor. India ink draws fine and precise contours on the paper.
The space is organized around a central circle. Circular arcs intertwine with straight lines. The structure evokes a subtle mechanism or a technical diagram.
The palette remains sober. Yellow brings a solar light. A few touches of red anchor the composition in its lower part.
Balance is sought. The void becomes an active element of the scene. The shapes interlock with engineering precision.
This drawing from 191 testifies to a research on symmetry and proportion. The vertical hatching creates a subtle relief. The whole closes in a frame with rounded corners.
