Description
The precise line meets mathematical rigor here. The drawing is organized around an architectural composition. Straight lines and sharp angles structure the space.
The paper welcomes a scholarly mix of pencil and India ink. A sober palette dominates the whole. Touches of yellow and ochre bring a warm light to the rectangular blocks.
The background evokes a stylized mountain landscape. The sky, treated with finesse, stretches in grayish horizontal bands. The contrast between the geometric grid and the organic shapes creates a rigorous visual balance.
The execution testifies to a technical mastery and a keen sense of proportion. Each segment is drawn with exactitude. The whole exudes an ordered serenity.
This creation dates from 197. It is part of a research on form and structure. The artist's signature appears in the bottom right of the support.
